Halloween Painting

Borough School students submit Halloween pictures that they wish to paint on storefront windows in town.  A group of three to four Rotarians pick the winning entries.  The winning entries are then painted on the windows of local businesses who graciously agree to participate.  After Halloween, Rotarians clean the windows.
